§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their current version at the time of ordering.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity (§ 13 German Civil Code - BGB).

§2 Conclusion of Contract, Storage of Contract Text

(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders placed through our online shop at https://majincards.myshopify.com/.

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By placing an order for the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

(4) When an order is received in our online shop, the following provisions apply: The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully completing the order process provided in our online shop.

The order is placed in the following steps:

Selection of the desired goods

Confirmation by clicking the "Add to Cart" button

Review of the information in the shopping cart

Clicking the "Checkout" button

Logging into the online shop after registration and entering login details (email address and password).

Rechecking or correcting the respective entered data.

Binding submission of the order by clicking the "Place Order" or "Buy" button.

Before submitting the binding order, the consumer can return to the webpage where the customer's information is recorded and correct any input errors by using the "Back" button contained in the internet browser used by them, or by closing the internet browser to cancel the ordering process. We confirm the receipt of the order immediately by sending an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed through our online shop: We will send you the order details and our terms and conditions by email. You can also view the terms and conditions at any time at https://majincards.myshopify.com/agb. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the internet.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

(1) The prices stated include the statutory value-added tax and any other price components. Shipping costs may apply additionally.

(2) The consumer has the option of payment via advance payment, direct debit, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

(3) If the consumer has chosen payment via advance payment, they are obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless otherwise expressly stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. The delivery will be made within a maximum of 5 working days. The delivery period begins on the day following the payment order to the bank commissioned with the transfer for advance payment and on the day following the conclusion of the contract for all other payment methods. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item shall pass to the buyer even in the case of a mail-order purchase only upon delivery of the item
